I did truncate the dbo.eventlog but still I am getting this error. No changes were made to the site that could have caused that error. There was however an interuption to database ( hosing center issue) 2 days ago which may be related.
I tried to look in the log but not sure I can identify what I am looking at.

Just confirming that David's advice about being careful to not run destructive operations on the database, unless you're really well-versed in what the DNN API does. You could literally break the website.
In this case, the error you posted is pretty specific to a core operation in DNN - and, it's not one that I'd characterize as an error that any of us should be seeing. It sounds like there may have been more modifications to the core files and/or database in your site.
Do you happen to have a working back up of the site from a previous date? If it were me, I'd start comparing the two instances (file system and database) to determine what changed. This sounds like something pretty bad, actually.
