Giving Permissions to add module

I noticed that only Administrator and Host accounts are able to add modules to page.

Even though i have given the permissions for a role to view and edit the page, they are not able to add new modules to the page.

Is there a way to allow that role to be able to add new modules to a page?

There is.

First I would create a security role, e.g. "Editors". Assign the user to this role.

On the page(s) where the editors should be able to add modules, assign Edit permissions to the page.

Then go to Settings :: Extensions. Click the Edit icon on the right of an extension that the Editors should be able to add to a page, e.g. HTML. Select the tab "Site Settings", Add the Editors in the "Permissions by role" grid and check the box in the the "Can Deploy" column. Do this for all modules you want the editors to be able to add to the page.
