Hi
A client asked me to install WordPress next to my DNN site
And this customer does not want to install WordPress in a subdomain and wants to install it in a folder on the root of the site.
Example: https:// dnnsite.com/newWordPressSite
Now I install WordPress in a folder through Plesk, but DNN prevents the WordPress site folder from running. And displays the 404 page error.
Please advise what should I do so that the second site is displayed correctly in the subfolder and DNN does not get a 404 error?
Do I need to add a code to the WordPress web configuration to introduce the WordPress site so that the DNN does not give a 404 error?
Thank you for your help

It's better to install the Wordpress site separately, and configure the web server so that it responds as a subdomain. You don't want to try mixing the two together in the server's file system.

IMO this a really bad idea, I would not do this, even if it would be possible (I actually think it's not)
