Page Creation After Deletion

All,

I am not a DNN newbie but I have come accross an issue I can't solve. I deleted a page called Dealer, went into the Recycle Bin and cleared it out. When I try to create a new page called Dealer, I get a pop-up telling me there is already a Page with that name with the same URL path.

I assume this is a bug of some kind. Has anyone seen this before and is there a fix? This particular installation is running 9.1.1.

please check database table TabUrls for a "dealer" entry and remove it.
