What happen to DNN?
Looking to latest DNN version it is now 6 months since a new version has not been released on github, and looking at github insight you can see that the code activities are at an all-time low.
Is something happening? what should we expect from the future of DNN?

Good question!
I see some activity in github, but indeed it's not very active at the moment.
On the other hand DNN is stable, secure, no issues so we keep building websites/portals etc. in DNN

I assume there will be an new version soon.

About the future of DNN... I don't know who to ask: Peter Donker, Brian Dukes or Daniel Valadas?

I think a look on the roadmap tells us that DNN 9.10.3 should be ready soon - 94% ready, 4 open issues, then some testing, a release candidate, maybe a second one... I would expect it in some weeks.

Happy DNNing!

DNN 9.8.1 was released on 1/6/2021.

By my count, there were 5 other releases in 2021 culminating with 9.10.2 on 10/19/021.

Most of the work in 2021 focused on security and stabilization. Not a bad year in my estimation. We start 2022 with a safe and stable platform. That's good.

I'd like to know what others would like to see in DNN going forward, particularly as we move toward DNN 9.11 and 11.0? And, no, it won't be .Net Core ...

I think the next step is to remove Telerik as part of the upgrade proces: https://github.com/dnnsof...n.Platform/pull/5099

No legacy anymore so we can move on with new techniques and features...

Things like a dynamic content builder.... etc
