Hello Everyone!

Version 9.0 of the DNN Community Forums module has officially been released!!!

Download DNN Community Forums 9.0

This new release isn't quite our biggest, but we wanted to make it a major release since the primary new feature is "convention-based template names", which is a potential breaking change if you use customized templates. (see Upgrading to Version 9.0).

In addition, we've continued to improve and modernize the module's code base, and of course, we've fixed a few bugs and added some new features.

Some Highlights:

NEW: Fresher, more modern, email notification template and UTF8 encoding (Issue 1457)
NEW: Avatar token can now contain size (Issue 421)
NEW: "Debounce" topic and forum links to prevent multiple clicks (Issue 1027)
FIXED: Submit button disabled after click to prevent duplicated posts (Issue 1031)
FIXED: Improved token replacement causing page to not load if topic contains curly braces (Issue 1435)
