Congrats on posting!

Hello Tom:

I was about to tell you that we fixed that a couple of weeks ago, but there was a weird redirect rule that was in the way. I just fixed it. You can now download the AD Pro Connection Manager module.

Hi @Will Strohl,

I'm posting here in this thread because I have an urgent issue and I am hoping you can help.
We are an existing customer for the Glanton AD-Pro module. Our license has suddenly expired, and as a result, our users are unable to log in.

I have been trying to contact Upendo support for 11 days without success.

 • My first email was sent to [email protected] on October 31st.

 • I have sent four emails in total since then to both
solutions@
and
support@
.

 • I have received zero replies.

We are completely stuck and this is a critical issue for us.
Could you please urgently tell us what we need to do to get a new, valid license for the Upendo-managed version?

Thank you for your help.

Hello Daniel...

We had replied before that, and I responded again today. We are not able to support older versions of the module, nor its licensing engine.

Anyone who wishes to activate a license or receive support for these extensions will need to upgrade. I'm sorry. 😔

Thank you Will,

I removed the module and switched to DNN Authentication.

BR, Daniel
