Hi!

Sorry to have to post this message in this thread but I am really desperate to get in contact with DNN Store. We purchased a module from Mandeeps and had some issues. We couldnt get ahold of them or  register a ticket on their site. We tried to contact DNN store and DNN Corporation through 10 different addresse and forms from the websites. But we never got an answer. I wonder if any of you could give me a tip how I can get ahold of DNN store and get help with our purchased module.

Thank you in advance for any help

Pedro

Sorry to read this. I'm afraid the DNN store is not really responsive. Your best bet is to get in touch with Mandeeps, https://www.mandeeps.com/support

It might take a day as they are California based.

We tried to do that but without the license number it was impossible to post a ticket on Mandeeps site. And the license number we never got. I posted on their forum now so we will see if the reply.

I've used DNN since 2006 and never had to contact the store before, vendors have stepped up. It seems to me an important feature to have the ability to repond to customers. I also tried to contact DNN Corporation but that didn't work either.

Getting trough in the marketplace is not all about sales. All kinds of communication is important and should really be encouraged by any vendor.

Thanks for you swift (and communicative) respons!

Yeah, there's a backdoor channel I've been able to successfully been able to use for the store, but it's nothing I'd depend on, myself. This is why we decided to not use the store for the Glanton extensions relaunch.

How long ago did you purchase the module and how long is it installed?

What module is it and what are you running into?

Although this is not really a forum for commercial vendor support, we might be able to help you out.

It is Mandeeps LiveTabs. We've used it since 10 years on our 7.4.2 dnn. Now upgrading to dnn 9.13? We decided to get a new version. But there was problem installing and the activating also so we got stuck.
