Hi, I hope I'm writing in the right forum.
We are an Italian company that has been using and developing on DNN for many years.

One of our Government clients asked us to implement access on their website via the following systems (used in Italy):
- Spid: https://www.spid.gov.it/en/what-is-spid
- CIE: https://www.cartaidentita....gov.it/en/about-cie

EDIT BY MODERATOR: Fixed the URLs to account for a weird URL parsing bug in the forums module.

I ask the Community if there are Italian developers who have already created these implementations.

Marco,

this is very interesting indeed. I can't help at the moment, but we have something very similar in Austria ("ID Austria"), and I think this could be solved by an authentication provider. I am not sure if it is possible to write a "generic" extension for that and the access/identification could be solved by different (or maybe the same) XML structures that communicate with the service.

Let me know when you found or created a solution for that, or join us at the DNN Connect Conference in Switzerland this year to discuss this.

Happy DNNing!
Michael

We are not Italian, but we have developed custom authentication providers in DNN. Let us know if you end up needing to partner with a vendor for this.

Oh, and please do attend DNN Connect!  It would be great to meet you!

Congrats on posting!

A custom authentication provider does sound like the way to go.  For things like this, we usually have built an auth provider that passes through Okta for added security and easier maintenance.  One of the many benefits of that approach is that they're also a good company to lean on if you need to go through any standardized security compliance certifications.

Ciao, no, ma credo dovrai svilupparlo a meno di non trovare un plugin di terze parti.
Qui https://github.com/italia puoi trovare alcune risorse, forse non ci vorrebbe molto a svilupparlo.

Ciao!

Hi, no, but I think you will have to develop it unless you find a third party plugin.
You can find some resources here https://github.com/italia, maybe it wouldn't take long to develop it.

HI!
