Is Attribute Routing available?

I know this was brought up several years ago (https://dnntracker.atlass...t/browse/DNN-10525), but can't find any current, definitive answers:

Is attribute-based routing available in DNN10? If it's an option, is there something extra to do to enable it?

I've built a controller to test it and can't make it work like the vanilla Web API 2 examples that I've found. I have a couple controllers in a project where attribute-based routing would make my code massively easier to understand vs convention-based routing.
