Tested RC 9.5.1 which fixes a feature using site custom login pages.  Users could not click on the submit button in the accept data consent form, however on the mobile form and the popup it worked as expected I believe.

I tested on my beta site and upgraded ok from 9.5 to 9.5.1

I have tested creating users, and a page with login module along with registrations and ability to click submit for accepting data consent after registiration with custom forms login page which works now.  Many other issues also resolved and are still being resolved prior to actual release of 9.5.1.

It just keep getting better one release at a time, much more to do but progress being made.  Thanks to everyone helping out, I look forward to the next release!

Cody, what other features have you tested, or may be easier to ask what have you not tested or what is not working properly?
