The default DNN Cookie consent only show the accept button. Is it also possible to show a "Deny" button?

No, in DNN there is not, yet.

There is https://www.mandeeps.com/...ules/live-compliance which comes also with an automated detection of the cookies and allowing you to categorize them.

Customer needs a "Deny" button (opt-out) ASAP.... no workaround or hack to create a simple "Deny" button next to the accept Button?

Anyone? you would really help me out?

Well, the button is not really the issue, it's what should happen when you do click that button, not only for DNN but also for any 3rd party extension that might use cookies :)
