I haven't seen on of these in years.

I'm sure that you can find a simple javascript to do the time part.

To make this more user friendly in terms of configuration, I'd probably stick this into a 2sxc app and use the App Settings for configuration of the script.

there are a number of free jQuery extensions, depending on your needs.
