Thanks so much for posting this...I created an issue for the Forums module:

Thank you! I was able to resolve the issue by including a newer version of the jquery-ui css on the page. Although there was a version included in the template folder, it was not being pulled in. I tried manually including that one as well, but it didn't fix the styling issue. It's several versions behind the jquery-ui JavaScript that's being included.

I see you answered in the Github issue (https://github.com/DNNCom...Forums/issues/2014). DNN 10.3.3 and Forums 10.0.0.
