DNN Custom user Registration

    Dear Sir, 

    I want to create a custom user Registration Form for user registration I need unique QR code for each user. registered user. I need to approve the user whether registration is accepted or rejected.

    I will put this QR code on Identity Card Printing. If somebody scans this Qr Code using a mobile camera it should show Person's name and whether the Person's registration is active or not.

      Take a look at DNNSharp's ActionForms. It can do all of the things that you mention, plus a lot more.

        If you're looking for an alternative, Mandeeps Live Forms does this quite well.  We use this for clients all of the time.  :)
