Error posting text with specific word

Hello, I'm using DNN 08.00.04 and have problems with posting specific word in text in any module. Problem is the word Format. If I post text that contains word format in any module, it just keeps loading and loading and nothing specific happens and if I post it with, for example, word formt or in any other way, text is being posted. It happend after moving site to production server, on test server everything is fine. Any thoughts?

Are those custom modules built by yourself?
it looks like the content is not properly escaped before it get processed, but this isn't a general issue on DNN.

I have only one custom built module but I tried with DNN's HTML module too and the same thing happens.

AFAIK, the only words being filtered are banned words.
Please check "Banned Words" in Admin > Lists.
