Willem, you can build forms using Dynamic Content solutions such as OpenContent, 2sxc or RocketCDS. Instead of using an specific module to build a Form. I personally like to use the form builder from DNNgo.net (https://www.dnngo.net/Our...es/FormBuilder.aspx)
