I need a plain text module that just injects the text I input into the template not add any div tags. And I need a rich text editor that does not add anything put the the link and strong, em, br tags no divs. Are there any out there?

Side question is there a was to use srcset for images with dnn modules?

You can use Open Content for a simple text field or an editor field.
In fact you can even create a combination of the two if you want.
When you use an image field in Open Content you can also render a scrset attribute if needed.
