In DNN you can use /privacy for your privacy statement. It's a control/ascx and the content is loaded from the Globalresource.resx
WCAG 2.1 doesn't accept this and privacy should be a page in stead of a control. So we added the page "Privacy".

Is there a way to load the privacy content from Globalresource.resx on this page..
Maybe a small module that can load the privacy text?

If you have MyTokens or Live Visualizer, the easiest way is to query the content and put the token in an HTML module.

TBH I would use an ML module and edit the content, but you could also use someting like:

< %= Localization.GetSafeJSString("SomeCustomField.Text", "~/Desktopmodules/.../App_LocalResources/mymodule.aspx.resx")) % >
