Resource manager: root folder doesn't cascade

    I've upgraded my website to dnn 9.12.0 when I go to Site Assets my root folder does not cascade subfolders only when i click on the root folder only the right hand side shows my subfolders, however clicking on a subfolder doesn't open it.

    And after clicking on Site hoofdmap

      Do you see any errors logged in the web browser and/or in DNN that seem related to this?  Did you see this behavior before the site was localized as well?
