I have a dnn 9 installation with 2 languages installed (Arabic which is default site language and English). English website is working well and I can navigate to sub pages but for Arabic once I go to any page it keeps redirecting me to homepage even the page is localized.

Congrats, your posts are really liked!

To avoid the redirect you could try to visit the Site Settings under Alias and make sure you've as primary the URL with the language you're having problems with. As well, double check the permission under edit mode for the language with problems and set this correctly.
