Modules Disappearing!!!

    No the modules were not shared modules (though the pages had been moved to a different place in the pages tree a couple of days before, and everything was confirmed to be working).
    It seemed like the issue occurred when I was working on a page that is the parent page of the pages that lost their modules. I was just making some simple html changes in an html module on the parent page. I couldn't get my changes to save, and then noticed that the other (child) pages were missing their content. It happened to three pages, with Action Form modules on them that went missing. There were several other pages in the same level that weren't affected.
