Could Not DNN 9.5 install throwing the error :: Could Not Load Theme: /Portals/_default/Skins/Gravity/2-Col.ascx, Error: The file '/Portals/_default/Skins/Gravity/2-Col.ascx' does not exist.

Is this a clean install?

Are the files in question actually there? If not, maybe you should "unblock" the install package, extract it again, and again copy the install files to the appropriate directory. You might also have some file permission problems.

A good alternative is to install with nvQuickSite? It does all of the little things I always forget to do.
