I have a site that has HTML links as the titles. This worked fine in DNN9. Having upgraded to DNN10, the actual HTML code is now showing as the title.

Is this a DNN10 issue or something that can be addresses in the Skin? I am using an EasyDNN skin.

Another question: why would you do something like this? From a front end perspective, I don't see a reason. So, there must be an editorial reason, I guess :-)

With DNN10 comes content workflows which means that less "trusted" users can now change module titles if setup that way. We have decided for security reasons to prevent html in module titles for security reasons out-of-the-box. However we have made it a setting so those that do need html in titles can still get the older behavior. You should see an "Allow Rich Text Module Titles" toggle in Security => More => More Security Settings. And turning that on should re-enable it for you. Note that this is a global setting so it is on or off for all sites of the instance.
