Kia ora!

I'm looking for information about what the popup.ascx skin in does and how it is used. It's included in the Xcillion themes package but I can't find any information on how to use it.

I've come across information about the dnnModal.show which I can get to work but not sure if these are related.

Any information will be greatly appreciated :)

popup.ascx is the Skin used when DNN shows you a popup during editing.
So for the module settings for example. In that case the edit screen in essentially loaded in an iframe with an "empty" Theme, the popup Theme.
AFAIK it not used in any other way.

Thanks Timo,

I'm still not a 100% sure what you mean.

Is it the screen that pops up when I click the edit link in the module?

I've tried editing the styling for the popup.ascx like changing the background but nothing happened so I suspect I'm looking at the wrong thing.

Is it possible to add a screenshot?

I appreciate your time :)

How did you edit the styling?

Hi Joe and Timo,

I've managed to figure this one out!!

I got confused with it being in the Theme layout section.

The popupskin section is what sits within the iFrame section within a DNN popup.

In the image below, I added a style to change the background colour and made the width 50%. I now understand what changes.

Thanks again :)
