I would like to change the word "Register" in the utility navigation to something else. Does anyone know where to do that? I see reference to DNN:Login in portal.css, but am not sure where to change the actual wording. Thank you.

It is in the language pack.
So, Site settings - Languages - button with weird icon that should represent localization and navigate to:

Resources/DesktopModules/Admin/Security/App_LocalResources/Register.ascx

I'd also look at resource file /admin/skin/register.ascx.resx

What do you need it for? Why did you decide to change everything?
