Release Communication

The team discussed the current approach to publishing release information, including the use of blog posts, the structure of the releases page, and how users are directed to detailed technical updates. The conversation focused on accuracy, clarity, and the relationship between high-level communication and authoritative technical sources.

Visibility of Technical Meetings

The team reviewed where and how information about technical meetings is published. This included the discoverability of meeting information, the placement of meeting minutes, and overall visibility of ongoing technical activities on the website.

Context and Next Steps

This meeting took place following internal discussions with the Awareness Team about communication and visibility. It became clear that parts of the community were unsure whether the Awareness Team was still active. While the team has continued its work—primarily focused on maintaining the website—there is now a renewed focus on regular alignment with stakeholders and on publishing meeting summaries to improve transparency and communication.

Looking Ahead

We are working to return to a more structured cadence for the Awareness Team and inter-team communications. It will take a little time to reestablish this rhythm and clear some important hurdles before meetings are opened to a wider audience. In the meantime, suggestions can be shared via forums or other existing channels. Updates will be posted regularly, including information on when meetings will be open.
