Deploy vs. Install?

On the releases page, I see a <code>_Deploy</code> as well as an <code>_Install</code> asset ... where can I find documentation on the difference?

I believe the Deploy package is meant to only be used by the Microsoft Web Platform installer, so use the Install package

Spot on!  This is absolutely correct.
