I updated a site to DNN 9.4.4.  Everything seemed ok until I went to Site Assets.  The File Manager page displays with the wait icon showing.  It continues to show and the page never finishes.

We are still broken - the circle still spins.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you tell a little bit more?
What DNN version are you coming from?
What skin do you use?
Are you using DNN Sharp modules?

Can you tell a little bit more?

We upgraded the site from version 7.4 to 9.4.4.  I followed the recommended upgrade versions.  We did not see any problem during the upgrades.  Everything else is working.

What DNN version are you coming from? 7.4 to 9.4.4

What skin do you use?

I changed the skin for the site assets to use the DNN Xcillion skin.

Are you using DNN Sharp modules? No

I don't know how to proceed.  I checked my web.config against a site that is working.  I did folder comparisons with WinMerge.

There are no error messages in the admin logs when I access the site asset page.  (I will note that global assets has the same problem.)

Is there something that I can copy from a working site to get the site asset page back working?

Thank you for any asssistance.

Danny

Some more checks:
- Does this happen in both Chrome and Edge?
- Do you have .NET 4.7 running on the server ? (I believe 4.7.2 is minimum)

After alot of digging, I think I resolved the problem.  The 404 error on scriptresource.axd - led me to check the handler mappings.  I saw that there were alot of inherited settings that were missing from this site as compared to another site.  I decided to go ahead and try the revert to parent option.  This fixed that problem.

Thank you for your help.
