Hi Team,

I am trying to install a fresh version of DNN 9.3.2 but the install wizard is asking me to upgrade from

Current Version - 08.00.04
Upgrade - Version 09.03.02

When I have never installed 08.00.04, then why am i getting this message? Do I also need to download the upgrade package for this? I only downloaded the install package.

It seems that the installer is finding at least remnants of a previous DNN installation.

Did you start with:
1. An empty web directory?
2. An empty database?

Yes, I started with a new SQL database. On the web directory, how can I ensure it is empty? I am using a hosting account. Is there a specific folder or directory that you are referring to?

The answer depends on your hosting company and how things are set up. For some, it might be httpdocs.

But, since you are using a hosting company, you should also ask them for help with this.
