Are you using a 3rd party skin (from PackFlash or another vendor)?
Besides, for security reasons, you should upgrade to DNN latest version as soon as possible.

Thanks for the advice. Won't it break my site if I upgrade from 9.0.1 to the latest version??

Can you please advice me where I can get the latest version for PF-MegaAdmin??

That error is from your PackFlash menu in your (I presume) PackFlash skin. You need an updated version.

Unfortunately, PackFlash has not been doing business for about 4 years. The good news is that the folks who were PackFlash are still around. If you can send me a private message, I'll see if I can put you in touch with them.

And, depending on the other modules that you may have installed in this site, you may need to upgrade some (many, most) of them. I would recommend that you go and review the release notes for versions of DNN between 9.0.1 and 9.1.1. Pay special attention around 9.3.4 where a large number (and intentional) breaking changes were introduced in the interest of modernizing DNN). None of the changes are insurmountable, but modules that have not been maintained for a few years may be problematic.
