Upgrade from 9.13.09 to 9.13.10 was almost successful. Goal is to upgrade to vers. 10, but which one?

Hi,

The upgrade almost worked. I keep getting this error message:

Database and application versions match - there is no upgrade to apply.

50% ERROR occured - Installing Connector - GoogleAnalytics4Connector_10.00.00_Install.zip,Installing Connector - GoogleAnalytics4Connector_10.00.00_Install.zipRetry View Logs

Updating Database

Updating Extensions

Why is it looking for a 10.00.00 Install zip?

If I succeed in getting to vers. 9.13.10, which version of 10 can I upgrade to? Can I go straight to 10.02.01?

If I am upgrading only, which zipped files are essential for the upgrade?

We are attempting the upgrade on a beta site. This website uses Ventrian News Articles. We purchased Advanced News Articles, but we need version 10 before it can successfully be installed. Would you suggest starting from scratch or attempting these upgrades?

First in the database there is a Versions table that should list all of the version steps in the history of the site which may help in your troubleshooting steps, but this is what triggers that message if the files and database already match, in theory there should be no upgrade to perform. As always, I would first take a backup, then you can try upgrading directly to 10.2.1 and see if that resolves the issue. If not and you can revert to whatever state was before 9.13.10, I would restore that, upgrade to 9.13.9 and then to 10.2.1.
