Sorry for asking a basic question.

I have website developed in DNN. I want to change design/structure/contents of few pages. The layout needs to be changed now.

Can anyone please give me steps needs to be follow? I am confused where to place my html/css/js/jquery. I already have html page which has style.css and js/jquery pages included.

Thanks in advance

DNNDocs is always a great ressource, have a look at Creating Themes -- DNN Docs - this will lead you in the right direction.

Happy DNNing!

Just a few general remarks:
To update the design of the pages, you would create a new/modified Theme for your site (aka page skin) and place all CSS and JS in the theme folder.
To modify content, you modify the layout by moving modules between the panes (provided by the theme). to modify the content and its appearance, you need to login to your site with an appropriate account, enter edit mode of the page an click edit icon next to the content to modify.
