If you are a GitHub user, you could post to a "New gist" (via the + sign in the top bar on GitHub). This would probably be viewed as less "risky" than clicking a Google Drive link. That said, thanks for sharing - looks good! ;-)

I'm late coming in to this forum thread, but will share for others following later that the topic was well discussed in this Post as well:

And as another note, you mention here wording or terminology to call it a "downgrade" from Evoq corporate edition to DNN Community edition and rightly point out that it's not a "downgrade" exactly... myself, I call it a "sidegrade" since you're really moving laterally. You could also call it "uninstalling Evoq", but I like the term Sidegrade : )
