There is very little to troubleshoot here. Can you take a look at the Admin Log and also in the log files at /portals/_default/logs to see if you can pinpoint some clues.

Your screenshot mentions DNN 10.1.1 but your logs mention DNN 10.1.2
Assuming it is because those were just taken on different days here and you tried to upgrade further. If not, that part is not normal, those versions should match up.

The other part of the firs error logged says it cannot find System.Web.Http.dll version 5.3.0.0, that is the expected version in DNN 10.1.2 so my guess is that for some reason that is not what you have on disk (antivirus blocked it, disc permission issues, etc.)

The correct advice would be to restore and try the upgrade again, but if you are stuck, you could install a clean 10.1.2 anywhere, then grab that dll from its bin folder and replace the one on that instance with it. But if something went wrong, you may have more to deal with after that fix... In that folder with logs, there are also install logs for each attempted upgrade that may contain other info about what could have gone wrong initially during upgrade.
