I have 1,090 active docuemnts on my portal, but any search words I enter give me zero results. What am I doing wrong?

what kind of documents (HTML, PDF, Word...)? And what are you trying to find (filename or any words inside a PDF for example).

The documents are mostly PDFs. For example, I have a page titled "Flag Football" and a number of documents with flag football in the title, but searching ro flag football yields no results:

are you using DNN platform or Evoq?
DNN Platform does not include file crawlers for any type.
