I like the idea of linking to the MVP page in a signature or profile link from other sites, however I feel that the current setup of displaying the list in random order makes it hard for anyone new to read through the list to find people they know.

I understand the idea of fairly, randomly changing the persons at the top, however for a directory type of list, I think it makes the best sense.

Could we consider making the list standard A-Z? Or to have a sort button?

TBH, I would prefer to have one page for all MVPs , not 3 separate pages..

Yes, but if they have to be separated, it could use tabs...
