Issues with responsiveness of Evoq paid support Started By base64 We have the Evoq Gold support plan. I sent an email with two licensing related questions to Evoq support on 10/15 (8 days ago). I received a response that same day which did not address either question. I sent a follow-up email on 10/16 with additional clarifications on the questions. Lucene.Net Index out of range exception Started By Dave Madison We have DNN 9.11 instance running and it crashing the app-pool and then eventually IIS. Sitemap.aspx Started By Pixsna Hello, we have a website with 4 portals and on one portal we have problem with sitemap. It redirects back to homepage. In portals\1-system it is only cache folder, no sitemap, like in others. I tried to clear cache \ clear cache in Admin/SearchEngineSiteMap, app recycle, application restart. Nothing helps. Version of dnn is 8 and we cannot upgrade to 9 because we are using ciss module and this module does not support DNN v9. High / extreme memory usage (DNN 9.4.1) Started By AllanE I just upgraded from DNN 8 to 9.4.1. After upgrading DNN, the memory usage of w3wp process is increasing continously and never stopping. At one point it reached 3 GB before I had to recycle the app pool to avoid using all the servers memory. Usually it's around 600 MB and stable. The site has about 20k session per day. There's no 3rd party modules on the site - only custom made modules. Non of those modules was change when upgrading to DNN 9.4.1.
