AspNetClientCapabilityProvider_09.07.01_Install.zip in bin folder

In trying to clean up my site lookng at the bin folder I came across a file called AspNetClientCapabilityProvider_09.07.01_Install.zip. It's been a while since I developed but I'm pretty sure a .zip file is not supposed to be in there and it was accidentally dropped in there. Can anyone confirm?

Yes, I think that you can remove this from the /bin folder. You may want to keep a copy in the event that you find out what it is. My guess would be a file that should have been deleted during the installation process, but was not deleted.
