Application Error

Hi All,

I am new to DNN just installed DNN version 9.11.0 yesterday on my local. Till 1 hour before it was working fine. But now when I open url dnndev.me it is giving me following error.

Application Error

 

On having a look at log file I have noticed following error message

023-10-17 18:22:36.490+05:30 [IXC1-LT4DB7HK3][D:2][T:39][FATAL] DotNetNuke.Framework.PageBase - An error has occurred while loading page.

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

   at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.GetSkin(PageBase page)

   at DotNetNuke.Framework.DefaultPage.OnInit(EventArgs e)

   at System.Web.UI.Control.d__225.MoveNext()

--- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown ---

 

 

Juist for your information I have just installed DNN project template 1 hour before from below mentioned url. Also I have created a sample project in .NET using DNN Project template on my local at some random path but later deleted that project. I am now feeling helpless. Please help me on this.

FYI - I have moved your post to a more appropriate forum.  

Have you checked in IIS to see if there are any random applications created in the <code>DesktopFolders</code> directory?  If you see it, delete the application and restart the website.  That's a common bug that either still does or always used to have happen with those development templates.
