I'm working on a custom Module that still need to be compatible with DNN 7.4.2.
It require to automatically create page and add the module under menu "Admin".

There's already a method by just modifiying manifest as mention in here :
https://www.dnnsoftware.c...ona-bar-the-easy-way
But this is for DNN 8 or later, try it on DNN 7 will give an error.

For compatible issue, I create two installation package, one that DNN 7 and other for DNN 8 or later.

Is it possible to create a page on module installation at DNN 7.4.2 ?
Is it possible to only have one installation package ?

If you need to support 7.4 and other versions going forward, having multiple install packages is probably the best approach -- mostly from what I've seen other module vendors do.

Congrats on posting!

You can use IUpgradeable in older versions of DNN. If you need to support DNN 7+ then this is the only way to go. In newer versions, you can do this in the DNN manifest itself.

Here's an example of how to do this using IUpgradeable.

Using this approach, there's no need for multiple packages.
