Hi everyone,
out of necessity (but also for educational purposes), I need to modify one of the React applications bundled with DNN.
Specifically, the "AdminLogs.Web" application.
The goal is to add a combo box to filter logs by user.
Where can I start without messing around?

Thanks everyone,
S.

I'll try to ping a few others to get you a response. Traditionally modifying those application is frowned upon as when you upgrade DNN you will loase all of your customizations.

There is some documentation about it here https://github.com/dnnsof...lop/.github/BUILD.md and I do co-coding sessions Fridays on Discord (discord invite link in on the home page of this very site) if you need to hands-on help.

The only condition for the co-coding sessions is that it is about something open source related to DNN, so if you would like to contribute that to the platform, then I can help you out and as a bonus you then won't have to deal with updates breaking this new feature which I think would be great for everyone.

These Forums are for the discussion of the open source CMS DNN platform and ecosystem.

For the benefit of the community and to protect the integrity of the ecosystem, please observe the following posting guidelines:

  1. If you have (suspected) security issues, please DO NOT post them in the forums but instead follow the official DNN security policy
  2. No Advertising. This includes the promotion of commercial and non-commercial products or services which are not directly related to DNN.
  3. No vendor trolling / poaching. If someone posts about a vendor issue, allow the vendor or other customers to respond. Any post that looks like trolling / poaching will be removed.
  4. Discussion or promotion of DNN Platform product releases under a different brand name are strictly prohibited.
  5. No Flaming or Trolling.
  6. No Profanity, Racism, or Prejudice.
