Congrats on posting!
First, I made a mistake: the SolPartActions will cause an error and DNN will switch to a default container.

For some reason, recents DNN won't display the module menu for containers which has one or more ActionButton. I suggest you to remove the 5 ActionButtons in your container if you want to view the module menu.

Yeah, the actions buttons haven't really been necessary since sometime in DNN 7 or 8.  (In many cases, you can simply delete the action button(s) and leave everything else in the Container unchanged.)  Great work finding and getting rid of them!  :)
