"All users" is not the best Term for security?

Adding an opinion. I think an additional improvement would be to add a well worded explanation on hover. This could be done very simply by using the `title` attribute. Then, when you hover on the Everyone option, you see a tooltip style explanation like:

[code]title="This permission applies to all visitors whether they are anonymous or logged in."[/code]

In addition, while you are at it, it would be nice to get the proper language/translation built in there.
