Hi! I have a DNN installation with 130+ portals. This morning, my super user login stopped working on one specific portal - portal 115. I believe my client, who's an administrative user on portal 115, may have made a change to her website configuration, but I'm not sure what she could have changed that would prevent me from logging in as a super user. Hoping someone here might have an idea.

I also tried creating a new super user profile, which lets me log into any other portal, but still doesn't allow me to log into portal 115.

Thanks for any guidance.

That would be odd that a superuser couldn't log into one site only... Do you have any other symptoms of this issue that may be useful for us? 🤔

If the superuser can log into any one portal, they should be able to log into all of them on the same instance. It's the same credentials. 🤷🏽‍♂️

When a portal Administrator switches to using the Email address as the UserName, a Host also has to login to that portal using the email-address as UN
