First time configuring DNN?

Drop Down Menu Sorting

Hi everyone,  I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question, but I have this problem. Within the drop-down menus, the system sorts customers by ID and not by name, this makes it very difficult to find the names easily. The ID is generated as customers are added. It would be easier if it could be sorted by names. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

In the older version of the DNN editor we had an option to enable link tracking. https://www.dnnsoftware.com/Content/Dnn.Platform/Documentation/Using20Common20Tools/Link20Control/Module20Editors/Tracking20Link20Clicks.htm  Can't find it in the new CK Editor. Is it still availbale in DNN

Issue configuring oAuth for SMTP Authentication

I'm trying to configure oAuth for Email using the Exchange option. After a few config hickups we ended with the problem that apparently DNN send a non https return addres to office 365. We do have https redirect in place but ion the end this is the error we get: AADSTS50011: The redirect URI 'http://www.website.com/Providers/SmtpOAuthProviders/ExchangeOnline/Authorize.aspx' specified in the request does not match the redirect URIs configured for the application '****************************...

Page Permission Caching issue

We are experiencing an unusual problem in our production environment where changes(page permissions) made on one server are not being reflected on another server for a period of 15-20 hours. It is possible that the changes are only taking effect after the application pool is restarted or some other action is taken. I am wondering if there might be a configuration setting which can solve this, restart application solves it but we can not do it after every changes. Thanks

Email not sending

Portal Error Going to Edit Mode

I have a DNN 9.9.1 in which there are two portals.  One portal is working fine. SSL Not working

Hi,  I have a DNN site that is throwing this SSL error: 'This site can't provide a secure connection.' I have SSL enabled. Password hashing method, unclear how it works, trying to replicate

Hi all, I'm working with a project that is using DNN v. 09.11.02 (0). As part of the project I need to be able to support the existing users by implementing in Node.js the same password hashing algorithm that is used by DNN. It is configured with a SqlMembershipProvider specifying hashed passwords, and in the machineKey tag it specifies SHA1. Suddenly Web Server Updated every few minutes on all sites

Suddenly for several hours on every DNN site (~20x) with no changes or updates from me: 'Web Server Updated' in DNN Admin Log every few minutes. No DNN update (currently 9.11.2 all sites) No server update (currently WS 2012) Can someone help
