DNN Search Showing HTML and CSS Code in Results Started By D0rk52 Hey everyone, I’ve noticed that my DNN site’s built-in search is showing parts of my HTML and CSS inside the search results — things like Is there a way to prevent the search indexer from including raw HTML or style content Ideally, I’d like it to only show the text. Started By D0rk52 Hey folks — sharing a quick fix in case it helps someone else. I originally set our Community Forums page up as a URL (we were pointing to a Discourse forum). Back then, I turned on “Open Link in New Window.” Later I moved the page back to Standard and back to Active Forums \| DNN Community Forums… totally forgot that the new-window toggle lives under the URL page type UI. Include Page Title in URL but not as a Querystring value Started By Afacts We have a website where many of the urls are created dynamically from the database. If a user adds a new article or something, a url is generated containing the id of the article in the querystring so that it can be pulled up. The article doesn't exist as a physical page in DNN, its displayed using the id value in the url. Now we need the urls to not have the id but rather just the title. This is for SEO purposes. All link on http site point to https addresses Started By Tim van der Horst I recently upgraded from 9.* to 9.9.1 and now all the links in the only two sites that not yet use an SLL certificate point to https addresses. So I can still navigate to http://www.example.com but inside of it all links point to https://www.example.com - thus issuing a browser certificate warning making it almost impossible to use the sites. New DNN9 installation keeps throwing this weird recursive error in my Logs Started By EdoDNN It's a new installation, I upgraded from 8 to 9 recently. The site only has default extensions on it and some content. I keep getting this weird recursive error from the login page I guess.
