Unable to Add New Module to Page

I am currently experiencing an issue where I am unable to add a new module to one of my pages.  The floating window to drag and drop the module onto the page never appears and the module is automatically added to the ContentPane.   The culprit appears to be an error in the apply function in ModuleDialog.js due to the moduleManager parameter being undefined (exact error from DevTools below).  This is happening on the home page in the base culture (and others) of a secured site.  I am using the...

Disable Page output caching provider

We have some issue with a page caching when it's set to memory. How can I disable the Page Output Cache Provider I know there's a setting: 'Server Settings' - 'Page Page Output Cache Provider' But there's no option in the dropdown to disable it (no caching) Default it's set to --Select --

ckEditor adds multiple CR-LF chars upon saving

This problem doesn't affect the HTML tags or display on site, but in the DNN HTML editor, code created or pasted in the Source mode, after saving the first time, ckEditor has created a lot of extra CR-LF characters between each HTML element making it difficult to edit in the editor. I always have to copy it out to an external editor and paste it back in, which I would do normally anyway, but for our clients making simpler edits it's a major inconvenience. Note: I recently updated to DNN 9.11 but cannot say when this behaviour startet - the last time we needed to provide a registration page with the subsequent pw-reset-link was three years ago.
