DNN Header visible

How do I remove the DNN header/menu from displaying on my public facing webpage  It only shows up on www.ihpmi.org/about-us page and none of the others.

MESSAGE_REGISTRATION_INSTRUCTIONS.Text

Have been revising the Message Registration Instructiins text language file. The first set of corrections were accepted correctly. However, now have the default text showing as well.  Have changed the language files, deleted and re installed the module, made sure browser caches are clear, restarted the portal and verified the language resources.  Still showing the deafult text after the revised text. Any suggestions Any suggestions thanks

Virtual directory?

Greetings.  I have an old instance of DNN that we have used for our intranet for several years (I believe it is DNN4).  On it, we have virtual directories set up (pointed to shares on our file server) to allow users to browse certain folders.  I am trying to set up a new intranet site using DNN9 and I don't seem to be able to do this.  (I have created the virtual directories for the site using the IIS Manager, but I can't link them on a site page like we used to before.)  Can anyone offer any ad...

Html Editor Management opening with page not Config manager - issue with Edit Content I have issues with the Html Editor Management. The popup loads the page not the config manager. (Wah!)  Now edit Content also errors out DNN 9.2.1 DNN Connect CKEditor Provider 1.0.4 Html Editor Management 9.2.1 CKE_Settings table looks OK (to me). No differences between orig working web.config and now. The issue arose after I had opened it for the first time. Subsequently, all I see is the page....

Quick Access to Site Pages

Hi! Am coming from an older DNN 4.x version where Administrators had the menu on top giving them access to all the sites pages. This has been replaced by PersonaBar. Is there anyway to configure it to get quick access to specific pages or should we setup a page with links The reason for my question is, that the PersonaBar, even though giving us the same access, requires a few more mouse clicks if you want to navigate through the tree of pages, then click on the 3 dots and finally on 'View...

Moving content between portals

We have two portals A & B, same 9.3 version; B has some additional page work that we would like to copy to A.  For info B is in France and A the UK.  The assumption is that if we straight copy B's Portal files to overwrite A, then A's SQL wont cope with the unknown content Anyone have a simple method for doing that by any chance thanks

Remove "social"pages

I never found a real use for the pages 'Activity feed'; 'Friends' or 'Messages'. Does anyone know if I can I delete those pages from a site without crashing the site

Cannot login

If I try to login at dnnsoftware.com, I get the following message 'Login Failed. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive.'. The 'old' link to www.databasemart.com to clear DotNetNuke_Event_Logs is no longer active. On the 'new' page of www.dnnsoftware.com the old Login doesn't work. My attempt to reset the password failed. I did not get an e-mail with a link to set the new password (like announced). How can I get out of this deadlock

DNN Captcha

The DNN Captcha is not working for us in production on the Retrieve Password page in IE11.  Our production site has an SSL Certificate.  On test with the same exact code, and with no SSL certificate, it works.  On the Security page, we have already enabled SSL for the site.

Password Reset email

My website is set to use secure https but when I use the passwrod reset the email I get comes as http and does not work properly. Any ideas what I'm missing why this is coming over as http and not https. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You Mike
