Can't Bulk Install Modules in DNN 9.10.2

Hi There,

I have copied the files required to bulk install modules in DNN under the Install Folder.

When I run dnndev.me/install/install.aspx?mode=installresources

I get the following Exception: 'DotNetNuke.Services.Upgrade.Upgrade' does not contain a definition for 'CheckUpgrade'

strWarning = Upgrade.Upgrade.CheckUpgrade();

I am running version 9.10.2
